Privacy notice for cursoncapital.com

This website is a set of static pages served from Google Cloud. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds nothing from third parties and has no forms. This notice explains the two things it does process: server request logs and the email you may choose to send us.

Who is responsible

The controller of any personal data processed through this website is Curson Capital, Kraków, Poland. You can reach us about anything in this notice at office@cursoncapital.com.

What is processed, and why

Server request logs. When your browser requests a page, our hosting platform (Google Cloud, in the European Union) records the request: the time, the requested path, the response status, your IP address and your browser's user-agent string. We use these logs only to keep the site running and to investigate errors or abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Logs are kept in Google Cloud Logging for 30 days and then deleted automatically.

Email. If you write to us, we process your email address, your name if you give it, and the content of your message in order to answer you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence, or the steps you ask us to take before entering into an agreement (Article 6(1)(b)). Email is hosted for us by Zoho Mail in the European Union. We keep correspondence for as long as the conversation is relevant and delete it afterwards, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep it longer.

Nothing else. The site does not set cookies or use local storage. It does not load fonts, scripts, images or styles from any third-party domain; everything is served from cursoncapital.com. It does not use analytics, advertising or social-media pixels, and it does not fingerprint browsers. Links to LinkedIn and GitHub on the about and contact pages are ordinary links: nothing is loaded from those sites until you follow them, and their own privacy policies apply once you do.

Who else sees the data

Google Cloud (Google Ireland Limited for customers in the European Economic Area) hosts the website and stores the request logs on our behalf as a processor, under Google Cloud's data-processing terms. Zoho Corporation hosts our email as a processor. We do not sell personal data, we do not share it with anyone else, and we do not transfer it outside the European Economic Area for our own purposes.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation you can ask us for access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, object to processing based on our legitimate interests, and receive the data you gave us in a portable form. To exercise any of these rights, email office@cursoncapital.com; we will answer within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Poland that is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych, uodo.gov.pl).

In practice, the only personal data we are likely to hold about a visitor is a request log line that expires within 30 days, or an email you sent us. If you want an email conversation deleted, say so and we will delete it.

Changes to this notice

If the website ever starts doing more than it does today, for example if a form or an analytics tool is added, this notice will be updated first and the change will be listed on the news page. This version applies from September 2026.
